House Bill 5101 has made its way through all committees with favorable votes. It is featured on the Special Order Calendar, which means it is a high priority bill for the legislature, and will be discussed (including amendments) on the House floor on Wednesday, April 9.

The deadline for filing amendments is FRIDAY, APRIL 4.

It is crucial for all of our elected officials to hear from us so they know that we do not want  50% cuts to funding for accelerated learning programs like Career Technical Education, Advanced Placement, AICE, International Baccalaureate, and Dual Enrollment.

We can stop these cuts that will decimate programs all over the state, but we need to speak up now before it’s too late.
