Why should we stop 450 floods? ... No, the question here is why do we flood 450?

Flooding 450 is completely pointless, all it does is make crowds drive one route on a tight road. Doing the route in a flood does not pay any credits due to severe bunching of services. To add, it creates a toxic community through fighting and arguments over drivers blocking, hitting eachother, or just not following the law at all. 

We should act now, to save the future generation! For Centro!!!
