Stop fines for yellow and red cards in youth football

The Issue

In most youth football leagues, if a player receives a yellow or red card, they will have to play a fine, this is almost always the same amount -or even more- than for a Premier League footballer- some of which earn millions a week. The maximum fine is £55, which is about the yearly pocket money for a child. In under 18 and above football, most players will have a form of making more money. The fine should be lowered -but not banned- for students, because they need to pay for tuition fees, but they might also have a summer job or another way of making money.
