We must put an end to Financial Fraud committed in the Family Court System! A marriage is a contract, a commitment to work together as one, "For better or worse, For richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, till death do us part!"
When two people commit to a marriage, they are committing to a partnership.
Should one or both choose to end the partnership, then it needs to end fairly.
When one person, the main supporter works outside of the home to provide for the FAMILY he or she receives a paycheck. The other partner is also working a full-time job, they are caring for the FAMILY, the home, the children and their partner. However, it's a job that doesn't pay! Therefore, all money that comes into the home NEEDS to be treated as one.
When Financial Fraud is committed it needs to be treated the same way any other business partner agreement is treated. There needs to be serious consequences to the deceitful party. It needs to be treated as Financial Fraud/Robbery. There should be no time limit for the injured party to fight and seek justice. It is unfair that the person who receivs a paycheck has the right to hide marital funds, conceal assets, lie under oath and intentionally destroy the others life, knowing only until TIME IS UP!
When a Statute of Limitations is put on the crime of fraud it is telling the offender to "just hide what they stole a bit longer, when times up, it's all yours, you have Won." Finalizing to the injured party, "sorry, you didn't find it fast enough! Times Up, sorry now move on." If there is never a punishment then there will never be an end to the crime. This just vindicates the person who controls the money. Meanwhile the partner that worked for Free, the innocent party that loses everything just has to accept that the clock of JUSTICE has run out.
This needs to stop NOW! The innocent party needs to fight for justice, if we don't then NOBODY will fight for us!! We need this to change and we need it TODAY before time runs out once again!
