The issue
This petition is to stop divorce application fees and to simplify the divorce process where no children are involved in Queensland Australia.
No one should feel forced to be with someone they do not want to be with.
Not being able to afford divorce application fees and being made to put up with the other person/s not cooperating or helping is not ok. That is why no divorce application fees is needed and the divorce process needs to be simplified.
