We are a nation of animal lovers yet approximately 80% of animals that will be killed for consumption in the UK are factory farmed. Many of these animals will never feel grass beneath their feet or sunlight on their faces. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian or a meat eater I think the one thing we can all agree on is that factory farming must end. All animals should be free to roam/graze and be treated with kindness and respect whilst alive. I call for an end to factory farming. All animal produce made or sold in the UK should meet RSPCA assured standards and be organic.
