Many farm animals are kept in small cages, separated from their babies, and treated so poorly causing pain and stress, as a result of many animals dying or suffering during their lives. 

Factory Farming is a big issue in our world not just to animals but to our environment too. It can cause pollution from large animal waste which can pollute our rives, lakes and soil. Factory farming also requires large amounts of water, land and crops and also cause loss in biodiversity by habitat destruction which can cause harm to our plants and animals living in those areas. 

Why should people care? People should certainly care as this affects more than just animals. This can harm our environment, contribute to climate change, and use large amounts of natural resources.
