I have come across and been befriended by so many people selling driving test slots. Nobody but the person needing a test should be allowed to buy a test. Furthermore, to me, the person should be actively having driving tests and should be verified by instructor number and need of instructor approval that they are. I have discovered people are able to create driving license onto the DVLA data bases and using these driving licenses to book test slots to sell. Its absurd. And this is all because instructors are allowed to book on behalf of students, cancel, swap and edit student details. 

‘SWAP’ TO OTHER STUDENT DETAILS AND ‘EDIT’ FUNCTIONS DEFINITELY NEED TO BE ERADICATED. INSTRUCTORS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK FOR STUDENTS. SITES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE BOTS TO SCAN SYSTEM FOR CANCELLATIONS. DVLA NEEDS TO TAKE BACK BETTER CONTROL.
