After LAHC allegedly committed financial manipulation of the Rent and Water Ledger, NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) then sent out the following letter. Threats-of-Fine-and-Imprisonment---Rent-and-Water-Ledger-Financial-Manipulation02.pdf.
The attached letter refers to Section 69 of the Housing Act 2001, which states a $2,200 fine and three months' imprisonment, according to the NSW Land and Housing Corporation. Note that LAHC manipulated the Rent and Water Ledger to create artificial arrears. Removed access to front-end Ledger, then refused to provide an updated record of the Rent and Water Ledger leading up to conciliation with NCAT in 2023 and 2024. My mother, Eunise Undag, 71, is on an aging pension and support for her son with disabilities. Despite advocacy to MPs such as Hon. Rose Jackson, MP Mark Dreyfus, and Stephen Bali, no support has been provided to address the critically urgent matter that has been compounding since 2018.
A letter dated Monday, 5 January 2026, summoning the Rent and Water Ledger has been refused by NCAT. Adding to my alleged suspicion of collusion between NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) agents in connection with NSW Civil Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) members.
My mother remains fearful for her safety and expresses concerns about whether she would be imprisoned for the money referred to as owning. NSW Land and Housing Corporation continues to manipulate financial records, and authorities have provided no support. Instead, the people in charge have tried to bury the issue and, in turn, have aided and abetted government agents and agencies to continue their targeted attacks against my family.
