On Thursday, 15 January 2026 allegedly NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) does not need to provide accurate account of Rent and Water Ledger, despite the fact that LAHC demanded for the fund missing to be paid in full otherwise we would be evicted. The eviction notice issued Tuesday, 4 July 2023.
Under the definition of Crimes Act 1900 - Section 192E it constitutes as fraud if someone (in this case LAHC), cause any financial advantage. S. Sutherland (NCAT) member Order that LAHC provide the documents for which we rely upon. This Order was ignored. I made an application to summons those documents and NCAT refused the summons application. Citing that my application was not clear. This is clearly a lie, as allegation raised of collusive behaviors between NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). Despite the 354 pages I submitted to NCAT, LAHC continue to not comply. Thus, emphasising unprecedented power imbalance between tenants with disabilities, family and carers versus NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). And there is more. Stay tune as this story continue to unfold.
