After 14 years at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre (BGAC), we now face eviction on Friday, 7th June 24, for what we feel is an unfair price increase with major contract changes.  Two tenants at the Enterprise Building have already left.

BAP is requesting BGAC to:
1. Stop the Eviction.
2. Negotiate a fair increase up to 7%.
3. Revert back to a three-year contract for office space rather than one-year.
4. Allow BAP and local groups to have fair access and fair rent to the theatre. 
5. BGAC to live up to its original idea to support local businesses and employ local people.
