The Young Scot free bus travel is being extended to include free ferry travel for island young people.

This is to create parity between island and mainland young people

Except that young people from the Inner Hebrides, Arran and Bute are being excluded!!

On Tiree, the only public transport we have is the ferry and plane since our bus service discontinued last year. Having free ferry travel would make a massive difference to our daily life, as young people from the island have made clear.
