This petition is for anyone who feels they have been scammed or blindsided into signing a contract with Dazzling Cleaning so we can stop them from scamming every single person in the future with their schemes. When signing up for this cleaning service first off they advertise that they will be charging you a much lower fee than they actually do for your first cleaning to get you to sign up with your email and information. When you cancel your account they still continue to charge you a per month cleaning fee which can only be found if you are keeping a close eye on your bank statements. On top of that they make it extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service and to chat online with them they tell you that you need to pay a fee. Once finally getting ahold of someone they tell you that when you signed up you agreed to terms for being charged a $50 fee once a month whether you are still getting their cleaning services or not and that if you want to completely cancel your account you need to pay $160 on TOP of the monthly fee you were being scammed out of while getting no service at all from them. When you tell them you cancelled your account already and you have had no further cleaning service they tell you too bad once you signed up you agreed to these ridiculous terms that are not clearly shown or stated to you while signing up for the first cleaning. There are multiple YouTube videos and Facebook pages trying to warn others about this scam company. I want to make everyone aware of this so in the future no one else falls for this scam and shut down this horribly disgusting scamming company.
