Hello EminiFX Family,  

As we had announced in last week's Zoom meeting is that the time would come when we would be asked to send a character reference Email letter on behalf of Eddy Alexandre, our CEO. Since the request has now been made to send these emails we are coming to you with the proper format.  

You will be sending your email to the person assigned to receive the emails at CSG Law Firm so that it can be printed and presented in court appropriately:

This email is to provide the Court with an understanding of your professional experience of Eddy's character, which will allow the Court to give your observations and opinions of him the credibility they deserve. REMEMBER: This is a character reference letter, not a place to debate the case.

2. In this first paragraph of the letter, please explain how long you have known Eddy and describe the relationship. Your letter should describe your experiences with Eddy in areas related to his qualities as a person, such as personal integrity, faith, charitable spirit, helpfulness, generosity, hard work, commitment to you as a member of EminiFX, and the impact in the community. Did he keep his promises to you as a member and how?    

3. The rest of the email should be short, and to the point but please do your best to provide specific examples of your experiences with Eddy. Give detailed descriptions of your experience with Eddy even if it is based on his meetings on Thursday night. Also, if you have met him, stories about him will help the Court better understand the kind of man who is before the judge. You can let the judge know what Eddy has done for you through this EminiFX investment club and what impact it had on your life.    

4. If you believe it is appropriate, based on your experiences with Eddy and EminiFX, please consider asking the Court to act as leniently as possible in its dealings with Eddy.
