As a member and investor of EminiFX, my family and I do not want you, Mr. David Castleman, to sell EminiFX's cryptocurrencies as we were taught in Eddy's class that we buy low to sell high and not the opposite. The case of Eddy Alexandre has yet to be decided in any court of law but yet your decision to sell the assets of EminiFX proves once again that you are not working for our best interest as an investor. You are acting as judge, jury, and executioner in this case while using our money to destroy our Club. Your decisions and indecision about my investment Club, EminiFX, since May 12, 2022, have proven disastrous in your hands.
As investors in our EminiFX Club, Eddy Alexandre made my family and I part of the decision-making. But it is ironic now that you have finally acknowledged us as investors. Did you ask our opinions when you wanted to close our offices? What about when you fired employees or when you took control of assets and devalued our real estate portfolio selling them for pennies on a dollar? Were you working in our best interest when you lost over $50 million dollars of our cryptocurrency value? Were we contacted to make decisions on our hard-earned money as investors or did you see us as unwitting people with no voice and therefore decided to give us no choice? You were the one after all who always told us that there was nothing that we needed to do. In your comfy office, you seemed to be oblivious to how your actions and your words have affected 62 thousand of us. To me and my family, you have caused a lot of financial burden and financial hardship in which we are drowning and I just can't imagine what the other 62,000 members have gone through.
Your actions combined with the prosecutors have shattered my life and that of my family. All the while paying yourself over $1.4 million dollars out of our hard-earned money made from our sweat and blood. In a short time, our CEO had done so much for us, for a much longer time, and was not paid anything even close to your million-dollar fiasco. Isn't it ironic that you, as a fiduciary, are taking our money while our club is being destroyed in your hands? As your past few months are also indicative of your future actions my family and I have no trust or confidence that you can do right by us to protect our assets. We lay all the ills that have overtaken EminiFX assets at your feet.
The person that my family and I want to administer the funds of EminiFX is none other than Eddy Alexandre, whom you fired without consulting us because only he has had our best interest at heart that could help us reach that financial freedom that we have been working so hard for. So, Mr. Castleman, unless there is a verdict from the court that proves that my CEO, Eddy Alexandre, was guilty of any wrongdoing, my family would like to tell you to take your foot off our financial necks and your hands off our hard earn money. GIVE US OUR CEO BACK & GIVE US OUR CLUB BACK! That, you can tell the judge and the prosecutors!
