We, the undersigned, petition Norfolk County Council to install speed calming measures along Repps Road Martham. I live in Martham I am proud to be a resident here along with many others but something needs to be done. Martham is a picturesque quiet village with a duck pond in the heart of it. The pond has been here for many years and people love to visit and spend time in the tranquil surroundings. However, due to wreckless drivers speeding, racing and causing noise nuisance to residents aswell as causing many ducks and ducklings to be injured, mammed and often death. If the issue is not dealt with it is only a matter of time before a child or person is seriously injured or killed, something needs to be done ! A possibility of speed bumps or others calming measures needs to be put in place before it is too late. Immediate action needs to be taken as a matter of urgency.
