We asked the DAA about the legitimacy of planning permission for the flights directly over Ashbourne and Meath

They responded that they don’t need planning permission, the IAA gave them permission.

(IAA = Irish Aviation Authority).

We then asked the IAA if they designed and approved the flights over Ratoath and Ashbourne.

They said they don’t approve flight paths and ANCA do that.

(ANCA = Aircraft Noise Certification Authority).

We asked ANCA if they approved flight paths over Ratoath and Ashbourne.

They said they have nothing to do with flight paths.

SO WHOS IN CHARGE?? Who is responsible for governance of our airspace??
