We received a response from the DAA, who run Dublin airport of which Minister Jack Chambers is head of with CEO Kenny Jacobs.

They claim they don’t need planning permission in the following correspondence:

“NPR’s are published by the national regulator IAA and do not require planning permission from a local authority.”

NPR is a term they use for a motorway in the sky (Noise Preferential Route). One goes directly over Ratoath!!!

WE ASKED THE IAA IF THEY APPROVE ROUTES. THEY SAID “NO”.

BUT KENNY JACOBS CONTRADICTED THIS ON RTE PRIMETIME.
