NOTICE AND DEMAND FOR CLARIFICATION AND ACTION
Nick Goodwin acting as CEO,
In my notice to you in you capacity as the CEO, you failed to deal with the serious issues of violence, theft and counterfeiting of court instruments, but sent a conversation stopper via a document bearing what appears to be a forged signature of an un-named individual cited as “U Chaudhury”. I quote belo the points raised and respond in Italics for you to action as a matter of urgency.
And I quote some fellow victims where you cannot produce a case management or file view, namely - Stuart Russel-Cocks, Anthony Badaloo, Juveira Memon, Ian D'Sousa, Jaswinder Bangar, Ewan Peters, Corina Strat, Dragutin Popovich, Ewa X Julia Roberts, Maria Belen Susana Montero-Cowell amongst others.

1) Dear Mr McGowan,Thank you for your email of 10 June addressed to Nick Goodwin as Chief Executive of HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS). I hope you’ll understand that Mr Goodwin is unable to reply to all correspondence sent to him and I’m replying on his behalf.
Response - As the CEO collecting wages, please confirm if you bear vicatious liability pursuant to s.12 of the Fraud Act 2006.
2) I understand that you’re concerned about being directed by the Mayor’s and City of London County Court to resubmit your proceedings at the Central London County Court. You’d like to know why your proceedings were not accepted at the Mayor’s and City of London Court, and when the case was transferred to the Central London County Court.I contacted the Central London County Court for more information. I’m told that your case, under reference M03CL374, was issued and has always remained with the Central London County Court. I also understand that you submitted a complaint under reference 84706578 in relation to this case, and Mrs O O. Augustus, Team Leader at the court, replied on 26 June at the first stage of HMCTS complaints procedure. While I realise that you’d like Mr Goodwin to intervene and provide the information and documents you requested, I hope you’ll understand that, as Chief Executive of HMCTS, he’s unable to intervene in the way you’d like. Court cases are not managed centrally, and responsibility for case management sits with the court dealing with the case. Any information request or correspondence about your case should therefore be directed to the Central London County Court. The court’s contact details are available at www.find-court-tribunal.service.gov.uk/courts/central-london-county-court.If you're unhappy with the complaint response, you can ask a senior manager at the court to review it at the second stage of HMCTS’ complaints procedure.
