Save Crossness Nature Reserve are raising funds to challenge Cory's industrial development plans so on Saturday 2nd November from 2pm - 4pm we have a fundraiser at Lesnes Abbey Lodge, Abbey Wood, London, SE2 0AX. It is £8 in advance at the link below or £10 on the door.

An afternoon of conversations and talks at Lesnes Abbey Lodge in support of Save Crossness Nature Reserve campaign.
Crossness Nature Reserve is home to rare birds, insects and mammals and grazed by horses. It is protected by a range of planning designations, yet It is under threat. Cory Energy plans to build a carbon capture and storage plant on 11.75% of the site.
Programme - Welcome / Campaign update / Wild Bexley talk by Ralph Todd, Founder RSPB Bexley group and local naturalist, celebrating the variety and wonderful wildlife of some of Bexley’s green and open spaces / Raffle officiated by J D Swann, ornithological investigator
Refreshments will be provided.
All funds to be held by Southwark Law Centre, and used exclusively to cover their fees and disbursements to other professional consultants such as expert witnesses.
This is a fight to protect vital nature and public green space from corporate greed and private profit.
