Companies are forcibly taking your identity, knowledge and skills to train AI for their profit. Consumer protection laws, employee protection laws and individual protection laws have not kept up with the current status of technology. It is still operating as if the internet had just been built. But the technology has changed drastically, and companies are using technology to steal what makes a person unique, both on a consumer level and an employee level. Companies are now capturing in real time your personal identity in the form of physical, intellectual, personality and mannerisms data to use for their profit and to sell. Via audio and visual technology, companies are stealing your voice patterns, the way you speak, your facial movements, other body parts movements, the way you make decisions - every aspect of what makes you You. You are given no choice in the matter.  This is theft of a PERSON'S IDENTITY and can be used in ways that the person would find objectable. All without their knowledge or actual consent. Think of the last call you made to a business to resolve an issue. You were probably greeted by an AI bot that tells you this call is being monitored for quality and training. In order to resolve the problem you must by default allow this. What they are not disclosing, and allowing you to give explicit consent to without making it difficult (by some opting out process) is they use of your voice, tone, speech patterns and other unique to you information to train their AI and sell to other companies for their profit. Employers are forcing employees to train AI on how they make decisions and do their job by making it mandatory to their job or by coercion (keep their job or creating a hostile work environment). This is KNOWLEDGE and SKILL theft. Items that the person has taken years to acquire. The harvesting of a persons likeness in any fashion, thought and reasoning patterns, knowledge and skills that is unique to them needs to be PROTECTED!. Companies make billions off consumers and employees by taking this information. It is VALUABLE, and is being stolen every second!
