A developer has proposed the construction of an 11-bedroom House in Multiple occupancy (HMO) in our peaceful residential neighborhood. This proposal, if approved, will drastically alter the character of our community and may lead to numerous issues including but not limited to increased traffic congestion, limited parking availability, heightened noise levels, and a strain on local resources.

The influx of a large number of new occupants in a single property raises concerns about the capacity of our already burdened infrastructure. Public services such as water, electricity, and sewage systems may not be equipped to handle such a drastic increase in demand. Additionally, the local public transport and road systems could face increased congestion.

Safety is another major concern for the residents of our community. With more people comes a higher risk of criminal activity and disturbances, potentially impacting our peaceful environment.
