On June 10th, 2021, Community Health Network employees were notified that the decision was made to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine for all employees and entities or persons contracted to CHN.  The policy states that all parties must obtain fully vaccinated status by September 15th or face the penalty of termination of employment.  This petition is an attempt to have our voices heard that individuals should retain the right to choose wether they will receive the vaccination or choose not to.  The COVID-19 has not received full FDA approval at the time this petition was drafted.  Individual choices regarding personal health and well being should not be mandated, especially under penalty of termination.  Please sign and stand together against this policy.
