My daughter is 9 years old,  she has regular  contact with her farther and his partner on a fortnightly basis also overnight stays. This was a plan throught family courts. she currently has suffered from abuse for the past 4years now, she comes home with bruises, slap marks,  scratches , pinch marks to her body, I have reported this to the local authority ie police and children's services. 

I have Presented  all my concerns and Evidence to the LA, but I haven't  got anywhere with this. They always brush this off. I have concerns regarding my daughter. Now I don't know what to do. I feel as though no-one is looking out for the welfare for my daughter.
