Glasgow City Councils decision to charge an additional £50 for grass bin collection and cutting glass bin collection is unjustified. 

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. GCC inability to manage their budget and now look for ways to collect further revenue by unfairly targeting those with gardens is not right.  These services were part of the council tax and people paid according to their bands and requirements. 

We are now being asked to pay more and have less services than before. This needs to be stopped and councils need to be held to account for wasteful use of public spending. 

It’s time they balanced the books properly. Endless cycle lanes which wasted resources LEZ, bus gaits, increased parking zones and fines are all just ways to increase revenue and still they can’t manage taking wrong decisions and now we are the victims. 

This is not just Glasgow city council but applies to other councils too.   Listen to the people and do your jobs.  

reverse this unfair policy and do what you were elected to do.  Govern Glasgow for the benefit of the people and stop blaming everything on Westminster to cause divisions.
