Chemical and Biological Weapons are a class of WMD's (Weapons of Mass Destruction). As time passes, the development of these weapons become more and more deadly. This leads to problems for not only the dangers because these weapons, but for our future as well. Humanity have seen the damages that these weapons cause on a small scale. If history repeats itself and the weapons have a chance to continue evolving, society could be seeing mass destruction events more commonly. As a people we can not let it happen, and we must do something.
