There are things happening in Indianapolis! A group working with City-County Councilor John Barth is working on a proposed ordinance to deal with back yard breeding with a licensing requirement. The plan is to present it to the City-County Council in March. It's important now more than ever to spread the word about the petition so it can be used in support of the proposed ordinance.
