We're Collaborating on a Proposed Backyard Breeder Ordinance!

Yesterday I spoke to another lawyer who is working with a group that is drafting a proposed ordinance aimed at cutting back backyard breeding, including requiring licenses for breeders, as called for in our petition. Backyard breeding is one of the major causes of canine overpopulation in Indianapolis. I'm very happy to be collaborating with this group to get this ordinance passed by the City-County Council. There is hope for change!
