After speaking to more IACS volunteers, fosters and local rescues, I've fine tuned the petition to include a request for the City-County Council to fund two deputy prosecutors to be solely dedicated to animal neglect, abuse and enforcement of the proposed requirement for licensure of breeders and other provisions.
