Fairview Residence is surrounded by landed houses and a condo. There are many cars parked at the roadside towards the residences car park. The area has a limited spaces to build another condo and not enough car park spaces.

Road sharing may caused busy traffic.

The new condo will be sharing road with the current residence. Therefore it may cause busy traffic. Heavy trucks will also need to pass by and It will affect the road conditions.
