Stop Brightspeed mistreatment of customers

The Issue

Before Brightspeed bought Centurylink there were several instances of mistreatment of customers all over the USA, and even lawsuits filed against Centurylink for overcharging. Brightspeed promised to be a different company, to show that they're going to be better. This is not the case. In my area is one example. The services were down in September for two weeks and when I called I was told a technician would arrive a certain day. He didn't. I called later and was told that there was an engineer that had to fix the issue because services were down in multiple locations. The services were down again this month for a week. I chatted with two agents. Both in the repair section. Both agents scheduled fake repair appointments. The second gave a fake repair number. He also confirmed the first agent didn't create one. I called on October 4th and the agent on the phone helped me after another had me on hold and hung up on me. The service was fixed the next evening it was an overloaded junction that was cracked. Since then I contacted customer advocacy from Brightspeed. She lied to cover up for Brightspeed despite being for customer advocacy not employee advocacy. 

My petition is for Brightspeed to stop mistreating customers, to give customers more honest transparency, and to have more reliable service. Lying to customers like Centurylink doesn't help. My service area has been down multiple times for a week or two each time since October. Brightspeed isn't crediting customers for this month. Only for last month. Customers from a less financially fortunate minority inhabited area have limited options, since other companies aren't expanded to areas like mine yet. This is shamefully charging customers for services not received. There was a lawsuit against Brightspeed in January 2021 as well, it's on the consumer finance site if anyone needs to learn more. "BrightSpeed and Its Owner Knowingly Helped Companies Profit from Fraudulent Services and Products" This has still not changed.
