Thank you for your continued support. I’d like to share two major facts that raise serious concerns about how BLS International has been operating under the Indian Government’s consular outsourcing contract in Canada:

 
1. ❓ Commercial Viability – A Puzzle That Defies Logic
The contract between BLS and the Government of India is based on the concept of "Commercial Viability" for deciding service fees. But here’s what we’ve uncovered:

10 years ago, the “commercially viable” fee was around $10 CAD
5 years ago, the fee was revised to $7.40 CAD
In 2023, BLS was awarded the contract for just $1.70 CAD
📉 This trend completely ignores inflation and operational cost increases in Canada. How does the Indian Government expect high-quality service at such low prices? The only logical conclusion: BLS is forced to cross-subsidize the basic fee by pushing "optional services" like courier and premium lounge to all applicants, often under pressure.

 
2. 🚚 Courier Overcharging – A Direct Violation of Tender Rules
The contract clearly prohibits BLS from making any profit from optional services. Yet:

Real courier costs via Purolator (e.g., Vancouver to Calgary) are as low as $11 CAD
BLS charges $60–$70 CAD per applicant
Most applicants are forced to pay unless they strongly object
📦 If BLS has a commercial agreement with Purolator, the actual cost may be even lower. That means BLS could be profiting $50+ per shipment, in direct violation of the tender which states optional services cannot be profit sources.

 
🤔 Questions for Indian Authorities:
How can a $1.70 CAD fee be considered “commercially viable”?
Why is the Indian High Commission allowing these excessive courier charges?
Will the Government or audit agencies investigate and recover ill-gotten profits from BLS?
