Hello Friends, 

   I know it has been forever since you’ve received an update from me, and I hope all of you are well. A lot has been going on with me and my family lately, and I don’t have the money to keep paying for visibility which leads to more signatures, so my petition has been at a standstill for the last two weeks. Thank you to the last person who signed - I appreciate your kind gesture, but of course, my perpetually curious mind wonders what’s at stake if you were to be associated with my stagnant campaign. I’m a nobody, yes, but I am hoping that there is an iota of a chance that my voice will be heard. 

I just found out yesterday from a Page that I follow, that Dustin Carmack had been hired as public policy director for Meta. He allegedly wrote a chapter in Project 2025 and supposedly restricts left-leaning pages. Of course, that means he is most likely silencing marginalized people, especially Black and Brown folx. Now more than ever, we have to fight back and stop our voices from being silenced in all the insidious ways both overt and covert racists like the woman who kicked me out of a mostly liberal and white professional Mom group did.
