In 2023, BAYER Pharmaceuticals are STILL commissioning and condoning the cruel torture and murder of thousands of captive caged animals in cruel and unnecessary experiments!  They were also involved with the Nazis during the 2nd World War:

"For one experiment, which tested an anaesthetic, Bayer had 150 women sent from Auschwitz. They all died as a result of the experiments;  a Bayer employee then wrote to Rudolf Hess, the Auschwitz commandant, asking for another 150 women." 

Yet virtually the same thing is still happening to thousands of captive, caged animals at Bayer.  Similar to the suffering endured by those tragically fated Jewish women, numerous animals are still suffering great anxiety, fear and pain and often horrific fates.  They are killed anyway when they are too sick or damaged to test and experiment on any further. No problem!  Bayer can just buy in another 150 cheap monkeys to take their place!  And it's not just monkeys.  Cats, dogs, rabbits, mice and rats are being used for testing and experiments.   Given cats, followed by dogs, are Germans' favourite pets, I find this fact particularly disturbing.
