You would not know this unless it has happened to you, but banks can freeze and close your accounts without notice and without giving you a reason.  They say that right is in the fine print.  They also have the right to lock you out of your online account and deny you access to your activity history and statements.  This should be illegal!

Please vote to have the Federal Government force banks in the USA to:

1) Give full disclosure as to why they closed your account.

2) Give you advance notice and 30 days to move your money out.

3) Give you at least 30 days of full online access to your online records.

Bank of America shut down all seven of my accounts with them nearly two months ago.  It was done without notice and to this day I still do not have my funds.  I had been with them for decades!  Phone calls with them get nowhere, they only lie and say that the funds will be released the following day and mailed to my address.

The more I look into this the more I see that this is not a rare occurance.  The do this to people all the time.  Please vote and share this everywhere you can.  Maybe this abuse can be stopped before you experience it!
