On Jan 23, 2024, alleged harassment escalated at Tannery house just after this petition was relaunched, resulted in a call to police.

Montcrest/NYX Tannery LP www.montcrest.com ordered staff from Tri Phase Group to raze some trees, which was done. After a confrontation, they then threatened to tear up the back yard with a demolition truck. Then, on January 26, 2024, two men were ordered to destroy an existing privacy fence. One man had a chainsaw running while uttering an alleged threat, causing fear for personal safety. The yard is still intact after I parked my vehicle on the lawn. Not all details are included.

Developer: "...don't want to hurt you....with the machine...run away...Tenant: you're threatening me!"

Chainsaw Incident at Tannery House

Cumulative pattern of events appears designed to intimidate and also involves a break-in, house seizure, demands for tenant(s) to move while pursuing legal remedies, theft, including jewelry, arrest and enduring an implicit threat to my life during related proceedings.
