Stop animal sacrifice : Amend legislation's - Naresh Kadyan

The Issue

Sacrifices of animals for religious purposes, exempted under section 28 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960. Scouts and Guides for Animals: Indian Council of SPCA's comes forward to demand white paper on animal abuse along with ordinance replacing toothless PCA Act, 1960. Naresh Kadyan, Mrs. Sharda Kadyan, Abhishek Kadyan, Mrs. Suman Malik Kadyan and Mrs. Sukanya Kadyan Berwal strongly endorsed the said demand along with animal abuser registry and declaration of Cow as National Cattle of India.
