Animal Cruelty

Animal cruelty is a very horrible thing, it could include overworking farm animals, animal theft, dog fighting, capturing and harming protected animal species, hunting out of season, smuggling and selling exotic animal species or puppy mills. The most common type of animal cruelty is towards dogs with 65% of animal cruelty is to dogs. 

If we get enough signatures for this petition we can change the way these poor animals are getting treated and we would save so many animals lives. The most common types of animals getting abused are dogs, cats, horses and livestock. In Australia around 55,000 - 66,000 reports of animal abuse are made each year to the RSPCA and over 110 million animals get mistreated a year globally.

If animal abuse continues to go on as it is the statistics will go up and up and will become a more common thing. In the past year animal abuse has gone up 11% and an average of more than 19 reports of animal abuse a day.
