Most of the Pacific Northwest, US and some global peoples have been affected by the animal abuse that happened in Spokane Washington by Minor Callie Baergen and her sibling Brooklyn Baergen and cousin Liam.

There are 4 full length videos showing the animal abuse. They are laughing, continuing to torture sam with no remorse. Animal abuse is not the only law they have broken and there is no consequences for them yet.

On February 23rd I (Madison Barnett) Called Spokane Police Department to report the horrifying abuse that the minors inflicted on a elderly blind and deaf dog. I told them how gruesome it was and pleaded they help. They decided to not take the call and referred me to SCRAPS. 

I then called SCRAPS in Spokane Washington to let them know about the animal abusing happening in real time. They let me know since it was after hours I would have to call back 16 hours later when they open and they did not have any concern regarding this. 

It took established military personnel, the community to keep calling SPD and SCRAPS to have them take the call. 

There have been millions of people enraged, hundreds of impact statements sent in and NO charges have been filed for Cali Baergen or the other offenders. The only thing that has happened was Animal abuse in the 2nd degree was referred to the Juvenile hall to have the PA decide if they want to go ahead and prosecute. 

So far, Cali has posted on social media along with the other two offenders that night. They are at home and no consequences. Along with posting pictures of weed and drugs in their Instagram stories. 

If NOTHING changes, who is to say we are not going to have a repeat in Jeffrey Dahmer? It starts with animals, it starts with childhood trauma. This needs to stop! The videos clearly show 1st degree animal abuse. Harming animals has statistically been proven to be a precursor to more serious crimes, including human on human murder. These children must be dealt with in order to intercept the future, more heinous crimes they are most likely destined to commit. 

The time to act is now! With as many murderers that are happening ie(Bryan Kohberger) and school shootings etc, this needs to be taken to justice immediately. These minors are fully aware of what they have done, no remorse- in fact they were laughing the whole time torturing an innocent tiny dog! If someone can do this and laugh, can you imagine what they would do when they are older or get a fix on a person? 

The PNW community is seeking justice as well as the rest of the world. Please help sign this petition as HUNDREDS of impact statements are not being taken seriously when we forward them to the PA. There have been MANY people upset, traumatized and depressed over this situation and the fact it has not been handled has more people upset.

HOLD SPOKANE WASHINGTON ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS HORRENDOUS CRIMES THAT HAVE OCCURRED. WE HAVE A LAW AND SYSTEM IN PLACE FOR A REASON, DO YOUR JOB! YOU SERVE US THE PEOPLE AND WE DEMAND ANSWERS. OUR COMMUNITY DOES NOT FEEL SAFE!
