Please help us stop the hotel like business being run on 8th Ave so. The owner lives out of state and specifically bought this home for short term rental invest. We don’t believe this is good for our street. It is advertised as Hot Tub historic charmer -home near a university. We have a peaceful street and want to restore that. 

we have been bothered by all of the comings and goings of noisy guests, there is limited parking on street (creating safety concerns), along with excessive trash. They have destroyed the historic character of home. Please stop allowing short term rentals in R3 residential neighborhoods.
