Good morning, we strongly encourage you to come to the rally tonight to support Adelaide Parklands Association and the rapidly growing number of people who are mobilising to take a stand against the profound environmental damage beginning to occur on our park land golf course.

Festival Plaza is on a very special part of Colonel Light’s original Park Lands. With the APA, we are fighting to preserve that unique, and still very modern, vision of a city in a park.

Together we are appalled at the cavalier destruction and disregard for reason involved in cutting down nearly 600 mature trees, allowing the use of public land for private gain, and the sidelining of public opinion, because on Festival Plaza we are seeing exactly the same bloody-mindedness and lack of reason.
