Happy New Year all,
we are back, and have been working pretty intensively for the last three weeks.

This is a brief email simply to stay in touch. We will very shortly be announcing a number of initiatives with the late March state election in mind. In particular we will be asking for help with our about-to-be-launched new social media campaign.

We intend to make it a year in which common sense again comes to Festival Plaza.  We have our  "Festival Plaza +" concept to energetically promote to government: 
An open low-rise Festival Plaza attracting millions each year -- and potentially bringing tens of millions of dollars into Adelaide’s economy, especially so with a democracy focus.

The rectangular hole in the plaza as a brilliant and cost-effective basis for a low-level cultural building, possibly even Tarrkarri, the mooted Centre for First Nations Cultures, with capacity for several below-ground floors.
 
The development activity at Festival Plaza instead creating a renewed Victoria Square precinct, bringing life back to the city’s centre – and possibly helping solve housing shortage.
