An application for annexation and re-zoning of 8600 Baseline has been submitted by the developer on June 16, 2026. Now is the time to act. Please attend the Planning Commission meeting tonight at 6 pm. If we can stop the annexation, it will kill the project. If it is annexed, then the developer will submit his proposal to build 185 units, and we will have a long, drawn-out battle ahead.
