We, the undersigned, strongly oppose the annexation of 8600 Baseline Road, Lafayette, Colorado and its rezoning to allow 186 houses on the 35-acre parcel, which currently allows only 1 house. 

The property lies midway between 75th and 95th streets on the south side of Baseline Road. It is adjacent to Open Space.

It is important to halt the process before the developer is allowed to rezone the property and annex it to the City of Lafayette. 

Baseline Road is single lane all the way from 45th Street to almost 95th Street.   Baseline Road is not designed to handle this sort of increased traffic.
