March 4th the Odell family suffered a huge loss of Christopher red Odell due to the negligence of Kirk Simms he was driving while until the influence of drugs driving at a high rate of speed resulting in a car crash that took Christopher’s life as of right now the charges are a slap on the hand he needs to be behind bars! He has had several tickets for speeding since the accident he should not be allowed on the roads or free! Steuben county is not putting fair charges against him and he keeps getting set free while the family suffers. I am asking you to please sign the petition so that we can get justice for red!
