Learned after two trials, in 2010 two people were pulled over three minutes after a drive-by shooting had occurred. One of the suspects detained had GSR all over his hands. Unmarked police testified that he was in view of the car one or two minutes,after the call went out.No one exited or entered the car.Days later Kankakee Police Department came and questioned him in Minneapolis Minnesota, due to his name being implicated by one of the suspects.There he gave alibis and his where bouts at the time of the crime.Officers never followed up on them. The murder weapon was found in possession of the two suspects, Fingerprints of one of the suspects was found on the clip an one suspect had holster on his hip.Later in 2011, he was indicted by Kankakee Police Department stating that they had found his DNA  on the murder weapon. Although DNA expert testified they didn’t know how it got on the gun and that it was so minuet,it can't be tested again. Through both his trials one being a MISTRIAL,NO eye witnesses testified to seeing him or knowing him to be the shooter. He was later still found guilty.
