Start School Later Supporters Address Arlington ISD School Board

Six supporters of Start School Later attended the January 15 meeting of the AISD school board. The four speakers begin their comments to the board at the 5 hour 34 minute mark. Ironically we had to wait until 1:00 am to speak about adolescent sleep deprivation and the need for a later high school daily start time to a school board that does not practice good sleep hygiene. Hopefully, our willingness to wait almost six hours to speak conveyed our passion and commitment to healthy school hours.
