Arlington LULAC Council Endorses Start School Later

The Arlington League of the United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) issued a press release on September 7, 2016 in support of Start School Later Arlington's initiative for healthy daily school hours as recommended by the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the Centers for Disease Control. These health agencies along with numerous others recommend high school start no earlier than 8:30 AM. LULAC joins the League of Women Voters of Tarrant County who endorsed healthy hours in 2015.
