American Thoracic Society Joins Growing List of U.S. Groups Calling for Healthy School Hours

The American Thoracic Society, joins the American Association of Pediatrics, Education Commission of the States, American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, the US Secretary of Education, the National Sleep Foundation, the Society of Pediatric Nurses and the National Association of School Nurses in recommending that high schools start later in the day aligning with the biology of teens.
