Stand With the IDF — Reject the Weaponisation of Soldiers
The Issue
A Public Statement by We Believe in Israel
We Believe in Israel strongly condemns the creators of the film “NAZA”, the recognition and awards it has received, and any attempt to use IDF soldiers, anonymous testimony, or military-related information as tools to delegitimise Israel.
At a time when IDF soldiers are defending their country under extraordinarily difficult and complex circumstances, they must not be turned into instruments for international productions seeking to portray them as criminals or murderers.
We reject the use of anonymous military testimony without full context, accountability, or transparency — especially when such material is amplified internationally and used to fuel hostile campaigns against Israel and its soldiers.
Awards and international recognition must not be used to legitimise productions that turn those defending Israel into targets.
We therefore call on members of the Jewish community, friends of Israel, and responsible voices across the United Kingdom to add their names to this statement and send a clear message:
We stand with the IDF.
We reject the misuse of Israeli soldiers for political and ideological purposes.
We reject attempts to turn anonymous testimony into a weapon against Israel.
And we will not remain silent when those defending Israel are portrayed as criminals.
Add your name and stand with Israel’s soldiers.
This statement, together with the names of its signatories, will be formally submitted to Israel’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and to the relevant authorities within Israel’s security establishment.
